Waiting For Spring with Red Netting

It's beginning to look brown and tan here now that a good lot of snow has melted. Not being a big fan of brown and tan I pulled some red plastic netting off a box of clementines and thought how can I use this with my new digital camera.

I held the red net way out in front of the camera and snapped this photo.

For this photo I held the netting up in the air closer to the lens of the camera.

The red netting is kind of draped at an angle and held an arm's length in front of the camera.

Closer to the camera.

Red netting held over a snow bank in bright sunlight.

Over soon to be green grass in bright sunlight.

Red net held in front of a Totoro decal on my car window. The wind picked up as I took this photo.

Clouds through red netting.

Again the wind picked up as I took this photo.

Hi sbk --

Wow, you are so creative in your photography! The photos are beautiful -- especially those with the netting far away. Were you inspire to do this by way of the things you do with your Holga camera?

hi ytsl,

Thank you. Yes, the Holga camera does make me think of different things I can try with a digital camera. Some digitals even have a "Holga effect" option. My digital isn't that fancy.
